Here's a specific stock to start things off, Rainier. Equimed (EQMD, EQMDE) is a small cap stock that fits Schilit's criteria for possible shenanigans.

The last 10Q quarterly report, which can be found at sec.gov
shows significant increases in receivables without a commensurate increase in revenues, year over year.

The news, which can be found at
quote.yahoo.com
explains that the co. is late in filing its 10k annual report (hence the E at the end of the stock symbol) and is considering asset writeoffs. This suggests the auditors are going over the assets and insisting on writing some off.

Good luck with the new thread, Rainier.
