Ron, I'm working that day and won't be able to attend unless the meeting is held in the afternoon. Even then, being that I'm a birthday boy the 29th, I'm not to sure that I could go. Hey, a jump up in stock price would be a nice present, since the rest of my portfolio looks like the Titantic after the iceberg. It's listing real bad at the moment.(:{) Regards, Marty
