John I should have known that somone would ask that. I can only
guess that it was about 5 years ago. At that time their entire
operation was in a small plant off Kirby street in Houston. A
nice lady _MaryAnn was the IR person and she gave me a tour of
the plant. I know I was AMAZED at the prototype, it was about
the thickness of the cardboard on a yellow tablet and had elec.
connections to either side. They had a video of a line drawing
of a little green man jumping around - although it was only one
color, it showed that the principle was working. They shortly
after took the project to Austin and started to work on a 5"
screen. Thats when things started downhill, my contact MaryAnn was replaced with a guy named Trey somthin or other---It took
months to learn that they could not develope enough brightness
when they expanded the size .
