The SEC filed by RDOC shows that IBM owns 30% of RDOC, Sutter Health another 16% and a venture company 11%. The CEO owns 5% and so forth.


I may be dense Jasman, but I'm totally stumped as to what you're talking about. I did indeed go through the document you referenced above, and I searched it for every instance of the key word "IBM" and nowhere did I see it say that IBM owns even one share of stock. There's many places where it says IBM owns warrants and standby options, but no stock.

You've probably also read Dennis's post that Red Herring says IBM owns rights to purchase up to 27% -- rights, not stock.

Please do tell me if I'm overlooking something obvious, but I still don't see how you can say IBM owns 30% of RDOC.
