Scott, Just caught up on my reading of the thread and thought I'd throw a couple of pennys on the table. During the last few ventings from fellow share holders there has been reference made re BC's share count or lack of. While the statements have been politically correct, the whole picture has not been stated. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the family of this "family run company" still controls around 20% of the stock. I believe Mrs. C has over 1 ml shares and BC jr. either 100 thousand or 400 thousand. I think it's 100 thou. So unless there is a divorce pending, I think BC still has a substantial investment in the company. Regards, Marty
