Milestone Scientific's Wand to be Used by Monarch Dental
LIVINGSTON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 12, 1998--Milestone Scientific Inc. (AMEX:MS) announced today an agreement to supply The Wand(TM) to Monarch Dental Corporation (NASDAQ:MDDS), a Dental Practice Management company managing 110 dental office locations with annualized revenue of $100 million in Texas and several midwestern states. Milestone expects this agreement to result in sales of several hundred Wand Systems. Many of Monarch's dental offices have over 15 operatories. The WandTM is a computer activated, precision metered, local anesthetic injection system that enables virtually painless injections to be administered consistently.
Monarch Dental Corporation is the first publicly traded Dental Practice Management company that has committed to using The Wand throughout their network of managed dental offices.
