Robinson's pay is related to how well LGND does? I would assume that he has quite a few options and their value will rise in direct proportion to the value of LGND.... Wouldn't this be the case for all of the key decision makers in the company? Robinson has 484,333 shares and the Directors and executive officers (18 people) have 1,251,549 as of March 1,1998.
