Well let's see they started the year with 4 salespeople and now have about 15-20. All the new ones are in training, as it takes 6 mos. to train properly. Hmmmm...doesn't this cost money....Also remember the training period takes up the time of the established salespeople. So the business is only growing at 60 % while they have to stop and train the newbees....
