Do you have any idea how many Daniel Fisher's are in just the state of Texas alone??? 200+ Suppose that 1% have a middle initial that starts with W, conservativly that means there are at least 2 Daniel W Fisher's in just the state of texas. Besides this is America, where people are presumed innocent until proven guilty, and where just about anybody can get named as a defendent in a lawsuit even though they did nothing wrong but one of their affiliates did. If you've got money and ANY connection no matter how weak can be made you will be a defendant. Let's assume it is the same Daniel Fisher. Daniel Fisher has over 20 years of experience in the oil&gas industry. Was he the geologist?? No. Was he the sales/telemarketing person?? No. Was he the lead in the technical aspects of drilling, assuming that the info from the geolgist was right?? Probably. How many shares are you trying to shake??
