Nvidia will "vigorously" defend itself. Funny, that sounds awfully familiar from an S3 perspective. Anyone still remember S3's stance against Brooktree's patent infringement claim and the final outcome? Or shall we say settlement. I thought those patents S3 bought from Cirrus Logic were quite encompassing so no wonder they just bought them and didn't bother w/ future potential infringement claims against them.
