Here we go the just joining savior has arrived and will lead us from certain destruction. A little smoke and mirror stuff can go a lone way. Fact: the FTC send DAN a letter requesting information concerning the allegations that TMB posted. Fact: Dan Fisher was involved with the companies listed as a general partner. Fact: Richard Daniels Attorney for Dan Fisher wrote a 3-4 page opinion based on a form letter questionaire that the FTC sent to Dan's office. Fact: Based on the letter of opinion from Attorney Richard Daniel,Case dropped on the basis of NO MERIT. FACT: Richard Daniels licensed to practice law multiple states Father is a judge. Fact: all inquries from FTC dropped lack of MERIT. Fact: DF-144 is the prime factor behind this campaign. Fact: Arcon IS in multiple discussions with MAJOR corporations. Fact: All this is fully disclosed in the soon May 21 articles of merger,the 10 Q and the 10 K which is filed with the SEC and will a matter of public record. Fact: If anyone would like a copy of the information it is available upon request from Dan Fisher upon his return this week. Opinion: The closer we get to the launching date of the "Plant" and a Major Corporation signing to test or buy the DF-144. The more we can expect this kind of "Savior" to come to our rescue.
