Do not underestimate the internet channel, a lot of organizations are profiting heavily from it. In addition Carver products can also be found in many retail stores. Yes probably Bob Carver was a loss in terms of good Audio ideas, but let's face it, he probably was not good in managing, otherwise Carver would not be in this situation. Carver Corporation is in a better situation than a start up company (through their stock value does not reflect that); they have good reputation, pieces in place, as well as having a chance to get a piece of ATCO. If this was a new Audio company that declared that they will be the first company to sell high-end Audio's through the internet, their stock price would have skyrocketed. The only concern at the moment is cash??
