Aleta, did you ask about his role as a consultant prior to that time?

Also, we have dual roles here. There's a role where he interacted with Zulu-tek and a role where he interacted with ESVS. It would appear that Mincheff was not formerly ready yet to come on board as president, since he still was with Zintropy.

So during an interim period, Lair took over the Zulu-tek end. But concurrent to all of this, he was involved with ESVS. And since the private placement and merger indications were earlier, he therefore likely had a role--as an officer or as a consultant/adviser) much earlier than the two weeks and 20 days you, Aleta, refer to. Terry has already come up with a press release showing Lair's name as early as March 9th.

So please try to stop emphasizing the less; and I'll try to stop emphasing the more. Besides, as Tara pointed out, it's moot in that now there is full-time commitment to the ESVS/Zulu program. And that is positive.
