the Chicago Board Options Exchange, where the contracts are traded, doesn't allow such a condition on trades.

Tom, I think you have been given some incorrect information. Fidelity accepts AON orders on options. They also accept "Fill-or-Kill" orders. If an E*Trade rep told you that the CBOE does not allow it, he/she was either lying or clueless (or was lying to cover cluelessness).
