So far all we have is the announcement. You know how the street is, they have to read the whole thing. I'm not concerned because I saw how it helped DIIG last year when they bought a plant from IBM.

I think that stock eventually saw 60 over the deal and it wasn't in one day either. It didn't start to move that much till we could read the full deal.
