I am short the stock, so I must admit to some bias, although I try to present a balanced case.

I saw the part of the article that said IC executives said they expect carriage agreements soon. I even expect they will sign some. But, given past experience with their initial trial of the IC in Colorado Springs, this management team has no credibility. At that time they were constantly telling people about new carriage agreements they were expecting to sign soon. And they never happened.

Also, SRCM just had a conference call to announce their suit against Worldgate. They also addressed some of the negative views posted on the internet. Looks like the longs and shorts are starting to fight it out on this stock. In the long-term only financial results matter, so, one way or another, we will know. The short term battle of opinions and resultant price action is really just noise in the big picture.
