Christine, my dear, little, fishy, blonde bimbo sister,
Why DO we keep trying? Is it our trusting, we've never met a bad person, maybe we can help, I know there's someone in there, Piscean nature that keeps us coming back for more? Or do we just enjoy tweaking someone, hoping for a different response from the recording?
I miss the days when I wandered nude and rude at the party, never fearing attacks and insults; I think it may be the Pisces' greatest strength and her weakness-that certainty that no one wishes bad things on anyone else.
My 13-year-old son has chosen "Morality" as his semester theme. The teacher is delighted as most of the class took "Friendship" or "Determination". They need to read two poems, two books, write a biography of someone who exemplifies their quality and an essay on how it influences their lives. Any suggestions are welcome. I don't think he's ready for Greek philosophy, JFreddy but I anticipate some interesting and lively discussions. So far I seem to be raising the president and vice-president of the Young Republicans movement.
Anyway, Christine, in my intuitive, right-brained, emotional way, I know there's a place for us in the universe. Indeed, I think our "kind" plays an important, nurturing role without which the world would be a sad and joyless place. penni |
