Is this a dillution with that unlimited # of shares rule or not?
Sounds like an all or none offer - $90,000 a chunk - How many
600,000 blocks can they sell. I'd rather buy the stock with a Thomson
Kerrihan offering like they did this fall in VSE:IZP- That one got
OVERSUBSCRIBED BY 50%.... Chuck likes warrents BUT all or none-WHOA!
