Pugs, the MMs dropped the bid to .028 not the ask. This is just to give the illussion that shareholders are selling. But we know better. Only fools would sell anywhere around here and suffer the losses including the commissions charged. Hopefully, Raabe can see this and is preparing to do a number against these illegal shorts.
