Yes, I saw that too. I'd like to know how they got that number in view of their max specs. Here's a quote from page 306,

"Vcc2 = 2.3v. The maximum power supply current must be taken into account when designing a power supply".

That's right next to the 7.49 Amps. So 2.3V * 7.49A = 17.227 W. Plus
the Vcc3 supply at 3.6V which has a similar footnote. That takes you over 19 Watts. I think AMD clearly is fudging their numbers when they claim 15 Watts.
