To: Paul and To: Eric I concur. I too would take that swap 1N for 3S. Eric, I think they have to move very fast in this market. Paul, MSFT is also going to try and close the show down on the NC too. And, FWIW, Scott Mcnealy was just honored as CEO of the Year (?) or something like that for building a 7B company without help as in (read: Gates and Grove got from IBM). Also, although I don't think it is in the cards, don't rule out IBM. My pick though is still ORCL. They IMHO <g> are still a very, very good "fit".
