ATTENTION: IF YOU'RE IN CCSI, YOU BETTER READ THIS!!!

I was concerned at the drop in our price today, so I placed a call to the company. As I hold a large position in the stock, Darby Macfarlane was kind enough to call me back and speak with me for quite awhile. The following are the highlights of our conversation:

1. They have been in final negotiations with at least two major (international) distributors over these past few days.

2. It was merely a rumor that the deal might be done during the conference (not true by the way).

3. It is now close enough to being a done deal that it's in the attorneys' hands at this point. They're drawing up the paperwork, most of the negotiations having already been finished.

4. The conference was absolutely an overwhelming success. To use Ms. Macfarlane's exact words, "A SMASH HIT!!!"

5. Dr. Holzman's presentation of the Biliruben device was the highest attended at the conference and was so well received that the company representatives were "beseiged" with orders immediately following the speech.

6. As a matter of fact, they received 486 orders from neo-natologists, hospitals and pediatric offices ALL OVER THE WORLD right there at the conference (some of these were groups which will buy multiple units). This number is so high as to be almost incredible when in comparison with the usual average of 20 sign-ups at these types of conferences! They had 7 stations showing product all through the show and there were at least 10 people in each line the entire time.

7. We are not talking months before the announcement of the deal, but only weeks (maybe only 2) and most likely the next press release out will be the notification of the distribution agreement.

8. The investors will be "extremely pleased" with the deal.

9. Mrs. Macfarlane's last words to me were if the investors only knew what was getting ready to happen and the scale of the potential profitability of this company, they would be "ECSTATIC AT THE REALITY OF WHERE WE ARE !"

10. Once the announcement of the deal is made, the company will then be able to give some projections as to the future profitability and these numbers are simply going to blow some people away (as in YOU WILL LOSE YOUR A$$ IF YOU'RE STILL SHORT!!!)
