Yes, the e-mail was in my "inbox" when I brought up the computer just now. I've asked that it not be sent as an attachment in the future, but I agree with your sentiment that it's nice to see them communicating more. Even though all it takes is a phone call to them to find out what's going on, it's good to see it in writing.
