FUNNY HOW ISSUING SHARES BY OTHER COMPANIES IS SEEN AS A POSITIVE OR NON-NEGATIVE.....not making a heavy comment here...just a curiousity. Just an intersting comment I ran across on the ALYA thread, a stock I am DD-ing: "I think the 50M shares is good news for the long term. Think of the resources Alya could add to rapidly expand the sales force and product line. It is true that just because they are registered doesn't mean they will be dumped on the market. I think management is shrewd enough to avoid doing this because it hurts everyone (short term). I see this 50M to be used for multiple reasons: employee incentives, funding for expansion, get Wall Street's attention etc."
