9ball, MXAM, a penny stock declared a dividend with a warrant. That gave the benefit for funding the mine with current shareholders. Any dilution will be perfectly balanced increased book value. No usury slime ball floorless debenture holders make anything. It's only the shareholders that win. The stock price today should tell us about any illegal shorting by MMs. They better cover their ass cheap now than pay dearly later. Smart management here IMO. This is fun.
