Diversinet Corp. and Intrasect Announce Licensing Agreement

Diversinet's Digital Certificate Incorporated into
docSpace(TM) Express Product Line
Diversinet Corp., a leading provider of public-key infrastructure (PKI) technology, and Intrasect, the docSpace(TM) Company, a developer of secure managed file delivery and storage solutions, announced today a licensing agreement whereby Diversinet's digital certificates will be incorporated into the latest version of docSpace(TM) Express. docSpace, incorporated with Diversinet's digital certificates, will provide users with strong authentication, encryption and the capability of using digital signatures on file deliveries.
docSpace(TM) Express' proprietary web engine builds a central repository to share information and deliver critical files securely over the Internet. Its tracking capabilities, storage, file expiry, user preferences, and personalized directory enable users to securely deliver any type or size of file using solely a web browser. It is the "executive courier" on the Internet.
