Article not to kind to Human Genome Project with Hazeltine of Human Genome Sciences referring to government's program as a gravy train.
My assumption is that incy relies on government program for basic data to which it is a value added data base administrator. Is that true? To what extent is their revenue from service (ie db administration) and to what extent from value added research. If service is predominant source of income would not the Perkin-Elmer project be a major threat?
