What else did you expect him to say.But did you read what the judge ordered? Did you know the SAME judge who made the ruling on the original case will be judging the contempt of court.Saying you didn't understand what the court meant,or you couldn't read English is not a very good excuse.
Is this considered brand new technology,or improvements when the judge already ruled it's improvements ,is hardly a strong case.(You are saying the judge was wrong).
Next week will be interesting,to say the least.
