I am not about the situation with the company and it's history since I only bought the shares of Summit recently(Month ago) at around $6 a share. I might have thought differently if I bought it long time ago. I also only invested a small amount in the company so I do not have that great a stake in it. I think the company leader you are talking about was voted out of the company a while back.
