I agree with you about the jury, but not about MSFT being tried in a court of law. The DOJ is clearly trying this case in the court of public opinion first. Where do you think all these leaks to the press come from about possible filing dates and whatnot? The DOJ is not playing fair and a Senator has already expressed his concern that the DOJ is rousing bad publicity against MSFT.
