I listened the TAVA conf. call using v.call for the first time.

I had some difficulty getting continuous voice from the conf. call (live). I saw the sign "Playing 6.5 Kpbs live stream" and then when I had difficulty, it showed "Net Congestion Rebuffering (3 seconds)", and then after 3 seconds, the difficulty will go away, i.e. I will be able to get the continuous voice again. But this kept on repeating.

I have Dell Pentium Computer, with 166 Hz speed, and 2.5 gigabite hard disk, 32 Mb RAM, etc.

Can someone knowledge in computers, please help me resolve this problem, for my using v.call for future conf. calls? Many thanks.
