Of course you can send video over fiber optics; I operate some two-way interactive television networks, as part of my job, that use coaxial cable and fiber optic backbones. What I was refering to was FRAME RELAY, not fiber. The info posted indictaed that these were frame relay networks being deployed (which is kind of silly on BANX's part becuase they were supposed to be migrating to ATM long term, not frame relay).
