Sounds like you are using DLJ....they have been TERRIBLE the last 2 weeks on reporting executions for these lower priced stocks.....the way I usually find out if I have been filled or not is by placing a cancel order after I am SURE the order has filled...THEN they sent the to late to cancel message which is my confirm.........
