Have you read the entire thread with all its posts? That is the a very good thing to do before rambling off questions. Ga Bard is asked the same questions every week and if the person would read even a weeks worth of replies they would have their answer. When I am looking at a stock I try to read the whole thread. There are stocks I have waded through over 1000 posts to find 20-50 good bits of info and able to create a time line. In reading your first post I would be concerned about refinancing a rental so you can play the market. It is bad enough to play the market with hard earned dollars. It is worse to lose borrowed ones and have to pay them back. Good Luck with your investments and try not to take things so personally. It is rarely intended to be a slam, well at least most people do not. Every thread seems to have an exception. Robert
