Just found out that the hwp deal is accretive by 13cents so that should add to the 2.31+13=2.44x a forward 25pe=61bucks,I would say that the 2.44 is very low and doesnt account for dell lucent and other fish close to or in the boat.my guess is that when the dust settles were looking at 2.75 easy and at 35to40 times.jmho patroller
