Glad to be here and provide some of my experience and expertise. The world of BB stock investing can be very rewarding but can also be negatively influenced my "snakes" who whose prey is the small inexperienced investor. You guys know who the "snakes" are on and off this thread. By-the-way, That S-8 was actually filed on Friday, May 8th with SEC. I'm sure some inexperienced investors began to sell their shares as soon as they saw that filing on Friday, Thus the reason for the stock weakness on Friday, Monday and today. I guess we should take advantage and BUY as much we can before the close today because if we don't, someone else will snatch up these temporarily depressed shares.
