Well thats an interesting point - setting up a help desk to track Y2K bugs.

But I wasn't talking about the cost of the Remedy product, my point was there are too many things going on in 1999 for some CIO to decide to implement Remedy. Even if setting it up is a breeze theres still training issues etc. I would never do it, not in 1999.
