Osvaldo,
It seems unlogical to me for TDM to be looking at buying a frame relay company when they were unsuccessful with their last networking purchase, UB. Frame relay technology is even more complex and competitive than many of the technologies UB was developing. TDM seems to be focusing on NT clustering now and the UNIX world.
