Not asking some dumb questions cost me big bucks last fall. Check with your broker but they way it "should" work is that you shouldn't need to have physical possesion of the certs. Afterwards checking with pkgp should confirm it. If the two do not agree for some reason make your broker do a three way conversation with pkgp ( thats why they get the big comissions) best regards Rob
