Saif,
You asked why the testing does not start sooner?With Apache in control the least of there concerns are with the shareholders of the small junior companies waiting for results. They have money and time on their side.Perhaps they are waiting for the speculative fever to die off before procceeding or perhaps they need special equipment to test.Or is it the forest fires? Whatever it is I am willing to wait .
