You can't depend on CNBC for all the pertinent news, tho. I remember when AMZN went straight up after having settled down from its IPO, went up something like 15 points in two days before CNBC (Faber may have been covering actives then) even noticed it.

Then there's Joe what's his name who used to glom on to about four stories and repeat them over and over all day long no matter what happened. He's a bit better now.
