chuck, i try to stay in reality even if it isn't pleasant. that is why i was so negative on this stock since the "event." if the sec finds that 39 million shares were illegally issued, though, surely you do not think that the sec will allow 30-35 million shares to stay outstanding that were illegally issued? not that i'm trying to be optimistic or anything... if this were the case, heck, i might start looking to hang out with ceo's that lack any integrity so i can get a piece of this windfall (actually, i wouldn't - but many, many, many others would line up for this type of opportunity)... i don't think any resolution will be quick or easy, but they must work for it... good luck...
