Add a third Old Timer to your list: Ian McAvity. His credentials include singlehandedly raising the funds for American Barrick prior to them going public and pulling off the world's largest goldmine still in production, the Grassberg in Indonesia, from his personal contacts and reputation. He is a Canadian by Birth and Residence and is the fund mgr for Central Fund of Canada, a fund who holds only physical silver and gold. Don't know that he has a website but do know his research and newsletter are second to none. CEF on the AMEX. O/49r
