.....Mackie.....share price is certainly the concern of the CEO. It is a part of the formula for obtaining loans for acquisitions, and other business needs.

.....If the shareholders are dissatisfied, to the point that share price declines substantially, the CEO should step in, when the President's actions have not been affective, and attempt to quell the riot, and return normality to the market.

.....In this instance Mr. Adam has given us a very important piece of information; that being, the float is 48mm shares. It will require a confirmation of good EPS, in the 1st quarter, for the share price to improve.
