Not knowing all the details (admittedly), I agree with the original statement and add that, yes, there are secrets in this business, and many of them. It appears you may be overlooking the environmental aspects of Ballard's technology. Isn't it true that factory-reforming results reduction of undesirable hydrocarbons released into the atmosphere by at least 50%? Aren't we talking about a company that is banking on the willingness of society to transition to cleaner energy? And isn't the difference of 36% vs. 31% pretty small for such a relatively young implementation of the technology? Randy
