I agree that the past valuation work was to a great extent based upon CD sales. But I think that the recent runup was more due to investor excitement over the many Fortune 500 type clients announced. This sort of contract mania was not expected when the CD sales valuation was discussed here. Again, given the backlog (consulting based) in place and the contract momentum, I think TAVA is fairly priced. I'm sure you are going to want a more dollar and cents based argument based on billable rates, overhead, # of engineers, etc. Will simply have to be provided by someone else.
