Jerome - I said a few days ago that I was beggining to feel sorry that I ever heard the name Harari or SanDisk....that feeling is growing by the day. I said this stock just liked heading for the teens like a pig to c..p and sure enough here we are again. There is now nothing to stop this piece of junk from heading righ back where it camer from to $9 or $6. I'm upset with myself for not seeing this junk for what it was...ie a joke and a bad one and a bad one at that. I wonder if the investment bankers who sold the secondary only six months ago would care to explain themselves!!! Who were they anyway I've forgotten? . Now I see the reason for all Eli's caution ...not my fault he'll say...I warned you ....and he sure did. But why go public and on top of it do a secondary. I can just see the next Q results now revenues up about thirty % sequentially BUT margins eroded ...earnings might have been almost what the analysts thought BUT drop in prices means they're 1c or 2c below expectations (if we're lucky) etc etc. Plenty of new design ins BUT not much action on developing them. Business in US alright (just) BUT Asia and Europe still bad. Business very seasonal and X-mas ought to be alright BUT new competition and competitors around so it probably won't be. Thanks for being shareholeders ....some hopes!! How about they change the name to BUTDisk or FlopDisk next stop $15 on the way to single figures..BUT just wait to see what this stock will do if we are unfortunate enough to experience a real correction. It will go negative.....just see it now.....SNDK -$5 31/32. Still hoping I'm totally wrong. L
