I guess some big hedge fund in NY got a call from the Fed on Mon night saying that the inflation numbers this week would be benign. Bonds up big with stocks dwn early. Also heard that the "hearing on the hearing " to depose the Finkster was a non-event today. The judge said he could not rule until Finksters motion to remove Cain was heard by a yet selected judge. Sounds like this issue will be delayed for at least another month given the Finks moves. With summer fast approaching, doesn't sound like anything will happen in AVNT vs. CDN vs. Fink vs. Cain.....for quite some time. IMOO.
