Buckeye....If shares were issued as collateral for the line of credit and the line of credit was used to acquire Myriad, therefore, shares were issued to acquire Myriad. Make sense. Ira has stated they have not used the line of credit. Maybe they drew down the line of credit and THESE shares are hitting the market. What do ya think??
