I have not been able to find out the scoop.i was hoping that the speculators would push it down to its old low around 14$so icould buy some more but it went down to 17.5$and then has bounced right back.the front page news in the daily advertiser business news was today that a number of critical personnel had left unifab to start there own start up and that was the official reason for departure clearly implying that there was an unofficial reason also presumably related to personality clashes. the new takeover would appear to be positive .the company still has no debt is expanding and is profitable it remains to be seen if the management turmoil will affect performance.anyway it seems a reasonable spec but really is very volatile and clearly a favorite of traders and speculators .i recently read an article that indicated that this oil service sector is in the early phases of a huge bull market this was in the naic monthly periodical .sure hope so .global industries here in lafayette is clearly the bigger and better company with excellent managment.no doubt its going to be a real roller coaster with unifab.arh
